Erudite Service Management was established in 2016 with the aim of offering and delivering high quality training in all aspects of Service Management.
We want to educate Service Managers rather than just train them to pass an exam,. We felt that there was a need for learning that gave people the ability to really understand the strategies and apply them to their individual workplaces.
Our trainers are all recognised experts in their fields and relevant and engage with our customers individually to create high quality events that are enjoyable as well as educational.
We aim to collaborate and build lasting relationships with our clients and customers by listening and understanding their needs and building training programmes that meet those needs. Our courses are modularised, allowing you to control how and when you attend courses, whether it be in a few days or over a few months.
