PeopleCert to Shine as Awards Partner at the Prestigious SDI Awards 2023

PeopleCert, the exclusive provider for SDI's Service Desk qualifications, is set to take the stage as a prominent Awards Partner at the Service Desk Institute (SDI) Awards 2023. The event, which combines the annual service desk and support industry conference with the renowned SDI Awards, will bring together industry professionals for a one-and-a-half-day in-person extravaganza on 30 and 31 October 2023, at the Eastside Rooms, Birmingham, UK.

A Grand Event with Unparalleled Participation


With an expected attendance of 500 delegates, the SDI Awards 2023 will host a diverse group of industry experts, with 74% being SDI members and 8 out of 10 attendees hailing from the UK. The event will primarily cater to Service Managers, Heads of Departments, VPs, and Directors, accounting for 84% of the expected guests.

This extraordinary gathering will include approximately 325 attendees specifically gathered for the SDI Awards, showcasing excellence across 8 distinct categories, including two each for the best service desk and managed service providers (MSP).

The SDI Awards 2023 promises to be a resounding success, building upon the impressive legacy of the 2019 edition, where a staggering 81% of attendees rated the conference and awards with four stars and above.
