Helen leads the ambassador programme at PeopleCert for DevOps Institute, ITIL, and PRINCE2. She is CEO and chair of the Value Stream Management Consortium, co-chair of the OASIS Value Stream Management Interoperability Technical Committee, and chair of the DevNetwork DevOps Advisory Board and provides strategic advisory services to DevOps and VSM industry leaders.
Helen is the author of the annual State of VSM Reports from the VSMC and the State of Availability Report from Moogsoft. She is a co-author of the book about DevOps and governance, Investments Unlimited, published by IT Revolution, a DevOps editor for InfoQ, and writes for many other online platforms.
Helen hosts the Day-to-Day DevOps webinar series for BrightTalk and speaks on DevOps, AI, and value stream-related topics at industry conferences and corporate events.
She regularly appears in TechBeacon’s DevOps Top100 lists, was recognized as the Top DevOps Evangelist 2020 in the DevOps Dozen awards and was a finalist for Computing DevOps Excellence Awards’ DevOps Professional of the Year 2021.
She serves on advisory and judging boards for many initiatives, including Developer Week, DevOps World, JAX DevOps, and InterOp.
As a PPM specialist who has successfully run her own business, Narinder is now Senior Product Architect for the PRINCE2 method. She was first introduced to PPM and the PRINCE2 method back in the late 90’s whilst working on a project, which was part of a global payments programme for DHL Global Systems. After leaving DHL, Narinder moved into the world of consultancy and training. This is where she used her experience to deliver accredited training to many organizations looking to adopt methods such as PRINCE2 and others aiming to improve the way they delivered their change projects and programmes.
Szymon is a PRINCE2 Product Architect at PeopleCert, serving as an internal subject matter expert and a member of the PRINCE2 7 authoring team. His primary responsibility is to oversee the continuous development of the PRINCE2 product portfolio, which includes methodologies such as PRINCE2 7, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP, M_o_R, and MoP.
With over 15 years of experience as a project manager, consultant, trainer, and mentor, he has extensive expertise in implementing solutions across project, programme, portfolio, and risk management, as well as PMOs, in both the private and public sectors. He has authored numerous articles on a wide range of project management topics.
He is passionate about project management, change management, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Roman has been working in ITSM since 2002 as a practitioner, consultant, trainer and author and has been working on the continual development of ITIL since 2016. He is an ITIL 4 architect, co-author, and reviewer.
Adam is an IT best practice consultant and member of the ITIL portfolio development team at PeopleCert. Before 2021, he worked as a technical instructor for a global training organization, specialising in the ITIL framework and helping professionals embrace best practice. He used practical experience from his previous role as a CIO to emphasize the importance of good service management and was the top technical trainer in the US for all six years that he worked there. Adam is a Master trainer for ITIL 4, a keen proponent of the ITIL guiding principles in all aspects of life, and a frequent contributor to digital publications on the PeopleCert website.
Dr. Craig Statham is the Chief Software Architect at SAS Institute’s Customer Intelligence division and co-author of the Value Stream Reference Architecture paper. He co-founded the VSRA community of practice (VSRA-Community.org) with Stephen Walters (GitLab). With over 35 years in software development, he has led teams in building advanced IT solutions across industries, including manufacturing and data science.
A co-inventor of a patented digital traffic campaign management system (US12051087B2, 2024), he is also a DevOps Institute ambassador and a Value Stream Management Consortium influencer. Passionate about education, he has advised National Academy Foundation schools in IT career development.
Stephen Walters is a Field CTO at GitLab and co-author of the Value Stream Reference Architecture paper. He co-founded the VSRA Community (vsra-community.org) with Dr. Craig Statham and is an ambassador for the Value Stream Management Consortium and DevOps Institute.
With expertise in Value Stream Management, DevSecOps, ALM, and SDLC since 1992, he holds multiple certifications, including SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF, and PRINCE2. At GitLab, he drives thought leadership on Value Stream Management and Team Topologies. A seasoned speaker and writer, he has presented on industry topics for decades.
