Contact a Training Organization

If you choose to pursue your certification through an Accredited Training Organization ask them to add a Take2 re-sit option to your online exam.

How Does It Work?

Purchase Timing

> Take2 re-sits can only be purchased before taking your exam.
> You may buy it up to 15 minutes before your scheduled exam session.

Eligibility and Use

> If you purchased Take2 and did not pass your exam, you’ll receive an email to schedule your re-sit at your convenience.

Scheduling and Validity

> Take2 re-sits are valid for 6 months from your initial exam date, and you must schedule and complete your re-sit within that 6-month period.
> Take2 is exam-specific - it can only be used for the same exam you originally purchased.

Restrictions

> Take2 is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
> If you miss your Take2 exam, your voucher cannot be used again.
> Take2 cannot be purchased after a failed exam.
