We require all Partners to be trainers & assessors as well: we believe that standing before a class or a college more than once a month “grounds” us and allows us to coach & learn from the next generation of leaders. To optimise this, we also work in the soft skills area, e.g. NLP & other Leadership models. We continue to guide companies in sustainable Project Management as well as the established Best Practices and Agile Transformations. We are also authors & reviewers & assessors for international Best Practices. We insist that our Practice leads are publicly examined to the highest levels, accredited as Trainers, and active in that Best Practice’s future developments. Currently we are an Accredited Training Organisation for Agile, SCRUM, MSP, PRINCE2, P3O, MoP, IPMA (as assessors), PPS, ICT Contract management, Lean IT, Lean Six Sigma, MB, SE, PRISM & Sustainable PRINCE2. We are an Accredited Consulting Organisation for PRINCE2, MSP, PRINCE2Agile and P3M3.
