Narinder is the Senior Product Architect for the PRINCE2 portfolio, with over 20 years of experience as an accredited trainer and consultant for a wide range of organizations, including start-ups, large corporations, and public sector bodies. She specializes in delivering best practices such as PRINCE2, MSP, Change Management™, AgilePM, PMQ, PFQ and PRINCE2 Agile, tailoring solutions to meet the unique project delivery needs of her clients.

Narinder has been deeply involved in the development and refinement of industry standards. She served as an examiner for the PRINCE2 7th Edition, Agile SHIFT and MSP 5th Edition, and contributed as a co-author to the new and improved PRINCE2 Agile. Her extensive experience, combined with her role as Senior Product Architect, positions her as a leading expert in the field, providing organizations with practical, high-quality guidance to achieve project success.

Michelle has been Chief Examiner for PRINCE2 Project Management (Version 7), PRINCE2 Project, Programme, Portfolio Office Management (P3O), and PRINCE2 Portfolio Management (MoP) since 2014. She has also been instrumental in the development of the PRINCE2 Agile method.

For more than 20 years, she has provided a business-led focus to large change initiatives in a variety of organizations and environments, successfully utilizing agile delivery methods to achieve business goals. She is an accredited trainer in a wide range of project and programme certifications, including Benefits and Change Management, Programme Management Office, and Agile.

Sue is a highly experienced project manager and technical examinations author with over 35 years’ experience working in management consultancy and professional exam development. She has considerable expertise in programme and project management in a wide range of IT and business environments and has a specialist MBA in Project Management. Sue gained real-world business consulting experience working in both public and private sectors, undertaking significant project and programme management assignments for many major clients.

Since 2002 Sue has specialized in the design and development of professional assessments for more than 30 business related certifications including PRINCE2 Project Management® and many Agile qualifications including PRINCE2 Agile®, Agile Project Management, Agile Programme Management, Agile Business Analysis, Agile Digital Services, Agile Change Agent and Scrum Master. This knowledge is supported by other qualifications developed in change management, project skills, IT information security and governance.

Nader has been managing projects for 28 years or so. He began his journey as a project planner for construction projects before switching to large process-plant projects. In parallel, he also participated in IT projects and worked for various startups.

He later gradually transitioned into the wider project management domain by helping project managers and companies improve their project, programme, and portfolio management systems.

Nowadays, Nader spends most of his time developing eLearning courses for his small company, Management Plaza, authoring books and articles, giving presentations and contributing to the development of best practice methods such as PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, and MSP®.

Rute is a Psychological Consultant and Agile Coach with a passion for Project Management and Organizational Change Management centered around people. Cerrin Kresse is an expert in Agility and change management with fundamental experience across various industries. She supports organizations in the practical implementation and sustainable anchoring of Agility. Her focus is on understanding and applying agile methods not merely as tools, but as a paradigm shift. In doing so, she combines solid change management expertise with a clear focus on people and organizations undergoing transformation.

He’s worked across industries, introducing agile frameworks, scaling cross-functional teams, and empowering leaders to drive real change through OKRs and smart, data-driven decisions. An authorized instructor for PRINCE2 Project Management, PRINCE2 Agile, PRINCE2 Programme Management (MSP), PRINCE2 Risk Management (M_o_R), PMQ, PFQ, Change Management, and AgilePM, Sue has helped thousands of project and programme managers pass their professional exams since 2015. She has experienced projects from both the customer and supplier perspectives, initially delivering IT solutions and training in the 1990s, then moving into consulting before founding, growing, and managing an IT start-up in the 2000s.

A qualified teacher, Sue assisted with the creation of PRINCE2 Risk Management 4 (M_o_R ), PRINCE2 Programme Management 5 (MSP), and PRINCE2 Project Management (Version 7) exams. Sue has also helped create PRINCE2 Project Management (Version 7) e-learning materials for several training providers, resulting in thousands of students viewing her videos each year.
